Step 2: Decide on Stones and Metal Tones
Many of our pendants are set with lab-grown diamonds, and some styles come in two-tone or three-tone finishes. Lab-grown diamonds have the same chemical makeup as mined diamonds and rate 10 on the Mohs scale, so they hold up well to everyday wear. Step 3: Approve the Design Before It Ships
Our returns policy explains that we guide you through a comprehensive approval process before shipping a custom item, so you are happy with the design. This is the best time to ask questions and request changes, because modifications requested after you receive a custom piece incur labor or remake fees.

Step 4: Production and Shipping Timeline
Every IVEVAR piece is made to order and crafted by hand. Per our shipping policy, orders ship within 7 working days after the order is received and confirmed. Custom-made pieces and designs with detailed or heavy craftsmanship can take longer, and we share the expected timeline with you by email or WhatsApp. Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Step 5: Delivery and Insurance
After shipping, delivery usually takes 7-9 working days depending on your location, and you receive tracking details by email. Shipping is free and fully insured on every order, worldwide, and customs duties and import taxes are paid by IVEVAR. A signature is required on delivery.
If the pendant is a gift, you can choose a different recipient, and their signature or delivery at that address counts as proof of delivery.
Returns and Changes on Custom Pieces
Custom-made, modified and personalized items, such as initial pendants, are not eligible for refunds, and engraved items cannot be refunded or exchanged. If you change your mind about a custom order, contact us within 48 hours of placing it. After 48 hours, a fee of 15% of the order total applies. Defective or damaged items will be replaced.
